Return Policy:

 

Online Purchases:
Web customers may return products within 15 days of the order date under our money-back guarantee, provided items are unworn, unaltered, with original tags and in saleable condition.

Sale/Clearance items and undergarments are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process:
To return an item, simply send it back with the original receipt and a note specifying whether you would like an exchange or store credit. Without the original receipt, returns cannot be processed.

Refunds (Online Orders Only):
Once we receive the returned items along with the original receipt, we will promptly issue the refund to the original form of payment.


Defect Warranty:

Just White Shirts may replace all merchandise with a justifiable manufacturer defect.




Returns on Made to Measure:

Made to Measure Shirts are 100% guaranteed to ensure you the satisfaction you desire and if in case of you’re not fully satisfied and need an exchange or a alterations we would love to help you out with all your queries.

Kindly note we cannot exchange or refund altered goods.




Retail Stores Returns & Exchanges:

Items purchased in-store may be returned within 15 days for store credit or exchange only.

No refunds are offered on in-store purchases.

Special orders purchased in-store are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.

Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in saleable condition.

Sale/Clearance items and undergarments are also FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

An original receipt must be presented with all returns. Without the original receipt, returns will not be accepted.
